Abstract: Since the slavery period, black people have faced systematic silencing, with whites arrogating to themselves the right to talk about them and their stories. This silencing has significant impacts on the lives of black women, generating feelings of inferiority and obstacles in the recognition of their own identities. In this context, I present an experience report from an aquilombamento group linked to the "Quilombo Ankh Project". The main objective was to specifically identify the different forms of silencing present in the participants' reports, analyzing the impacts of these processes on their lives. The main objective was to specifically identify the different forms of silencing present in the participants' reports, analyzing the impacts of these processes on their lives.
Also highlighting how aquilombamento can prove to be a crucial tool for the care and formation of a support network, underlining the importance of this group in the lives of these women. The methodology adopted involved my active and observant participation in the group, recorded
through field diaries In addition, bibliographic searches were carried out, consulting authors relevant to the study in the Scielo, Scholar Google and Docero pdf databases. The results revealed that the women in the group were directly and indirectly affected by racism and silencing, impacting their self-identification as black women and their expressions in relation to themselves and others. It was evidenced how racism is a construction in Brazilian society, while an aquilombamento group can provide a voice for these women, allowing them to tell their own stories, with special attention to the importance of ancestry. It is concluded, therefore, that the aquilombamento group is a fundamental tool against silencing, enriching knowledge about African culture, strengthening the self-esteem of these women, establishing support networks, promoting
resistance and engaging in the fight against racism.

Abstract: This work sought to analyze the impact of parenting styles on the mental health of
adolescents, especially considering manifestations of anxiety disorders and depressive
disorders. The method used was a systematic literature review and covered 16 studies
published in the last 5 years, which used samples aged between 10 and 19 years from various
regions of the world. The results indicated a clear association between parenting styles and
the mental health of adolescents. The authoritative parenting style was consistently
associated with lower levels of anxiety and depression in all the studies that mentioned it,
being considered as a protective factor for the mental health of adolescents. On the other
hand, the authoritarian parenting style revealed frequent associations with symptoms of
anxiety and depression, setting itself up as a strong risk factor. Interventions directed at
parents proved effective in modifying parenting styles to a more positive style. We suggest
for future research the inclusion of studies that address the perception of parents in relation
to their own parenting styles, such as third-party observations, in order to obtain a more
comprehensive and objective understanding of parenting styles.
