As juventudes e produção de documentários na educação: o pedagógico que emergem da imagem

Abstract

The present work sought to survey the production of knowledge of dissertations and thesis in Brazil, in the period from 2008-2016, about youth and documentary production in education in Brazil, focusing on the North/Northeast and Midwest regions, and to understand the educational aspects of rural and urban youth in Piauí cinema, through the documentaries produced by the LABcine collective from Teresina. The work carried out used two different methodological strategies, where the first was a study of the state of the art, and the second from the perspective of film analysis, where through them we sought to make a study about the audiovisual language, understanding the relationship between documentary, youth and education. In the first part of the research 56 theses and dissertations were found, after the choice of the materials identified during the search, they were analyzed and the data organized using the software IRAMUTEQ,

and the (SPSS) program where the data and tables present in the results were generated. In the second part of the research 11 documentaries were found, they were analyzed from its content, description sheet where it is possible to find the main information about the productions, it was also seeking information such as awards and interviews given by producers, then the data obtained were organized. It was observed that one should give importance to the "study of art" in this investigative universe in the search for theses and dissertations of post-graduation programs on the Capes site that involve documentaries because it will encourage other researchers, and projects to be carried out at universities. Thus showing the comprehensiveness of these works that involve youth, education, and documentary productions due to the analysis of the quantity of scientific productions found. Through the documentaries that were observed, we tried to understand what each narrative portrays, if it approaches the theme that has been discussed, and what the scenes reveal.
