A Práxis Pedagógica no Âmbito do Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID): A Experiência de Estudantes de Pedagogia da UFDPAR

Abstract

This work aimed to understand the Pedagogical Praxis within the scope of the institutional teaching initiation scholarship program (PIBID): with the experience of pedagogy students at UFDPAR; seeking to understand their fears and anxieties before the teaching profession, for this purpose descriptive research was used in a qualitative approach, for this purpose a bibliographical review was made based on authors such as: LIMA and PIMENTA (2012); GIL (2008); ANDERI (2017); ARAUJO and BIAZON (2013); BARDIN (1979) among others. Through data collection, it made it possible to understand the fears and anxieties of future teachers in their field of activity, understanding that the pedagogical practice during the program is fundamental and indispensable for the training of future teachers, even though there are many barriers to be knocked down to cease the anxieties and fears of undergraduate students in the case of pedagogy in question the field of action, showing that the lack of resources on the part of schools in the case of this research public schools in the city of Parnaiba, limits a more meaningful learning both for the future of the teachers and for the students assisted by the program, so the program proves to be essential for the training of future teachers, it should be noted that a junction between rural school, university and community where these students are inserted would guide a significant learning not only in the school environment more also in the social of these children assisted by the program, thus carrying out a socio-educational transformation for these individuals, so the work brings us a deeper look on the part of the interviewees about the PIBID program.
